2. AI-Powered Conversations

2.1 Personal Use Only

Our interactive conversations are designed solely for language learning.

2.2 No Storage Except for TCF

  • Regular Conversations: not stored or retained
  • TCF Preparation Conversations: temporarily stored for up to 7 days only if the student requests teacher feedback, then automatically deleted

You agree not to share confidential, sensitive, or personal data while using AI conversation tools.

3. Content Ownership

All content on GoodFrenchTips.com (articles, videos, audio, conversation prompts, graphics, exercises, comments, illustrations) is owned by GoodFrenchTips and protected by copyright.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without our written permission.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

  • Paid plans (e.g., Discussion Package) grant temporary access to exclusive content and monthly live sessions.
  • Payments are handled securely via our payment provider (Stripe).
  • All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments.

5. Live Sessions, Workshops & Community

By joining workshops or WhatsApp groups, you agree to:

  • respect others
  • avoid offensive, hateful, or inappropriate comments
  • not share private discussions outside the group
  • follow teacher or moderator instructions

We may remove users who disrupt the learning environment.

6. Moderation of Comments

We may moderate or delete comments that include:

  • hate speech or harassment
  • violence or threats
  • explicit or inappropriate content
  • spam or commercial promotions
  • misinformation
  • off-topic or disruptive content
  • personal or sensitive data (your own or others’)
  • illegal content or copyright infringement

We may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate community rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

GoodFrenchTips provides educational material “as is.”
We do not guarantee:

  • exam success (TCF or others)
  • accuracy of third-party content
  • uninterrupted access to the website

We are not liable for:

  • loss of data
  • service interruptions
  • errors in AI-generated content
  • user misuse of the platform
