2. AI-Powered Conversations

2.1 Personal Use Only

Our interactive conversations are designed solely for language learning.

2.2 No Storage Except for TCF

  • Regular conversations: not stored
  • TCF preparation conversations: temporarily stored for up to 7 days only if the student requests teacher feedback, then automatically deleted

You agree not to share confidential, sensitive, or personal data while using AI tools.

3. Content Ownership

All content on GoodFrenchTips.com (articles, videos, audio, prompts, exercises, graphics, conversations, illustrations) is the exclusive property of GoodFrenchTips and protected by copyright law.

No reproduction or distribution is permitted without written authorization.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans (e.g., Discussion Package) grant temporary access to exclusive content and monthly live sessions. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

  • All sales are final unless required by law
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previous charges

5. Live Sessions, Workshops & Community

By joining workshops, community spaces, or WhatsApp groups, you agree to:

  • be respectful
  • avoid hateful, offensive, or inappropriate comments
  • not share private discussions outside the group
  • follow instructions from teachers and moderators

We may remove users who disrupt the learning environment.

6. Moderation of Comments

We may moderate or delete comments that include:

  • hate speech or harassment
  • violence or threats
  • explicit or inappropriate content
  • spam or commercial promotions
  • misinformation
  • off-topic or disruptive content
  • personal or sensitive data (your own or others’)
  • illegal content or copyright infringement

Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

GoodFrenchTips provides all educational material “as is.”

We do not guarantee:

  • exam success (including TCF, TEF, DELF, DALF)
  • accuracy of third-party links or content
  • uninterrupted platform access
  • accuracy of AI-generated responses

We are not liable for:

  • loss of data
  • service interruptions
  • errors or omissions in content
  • user misuse of the platform

8. External Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites (YouTube, Alliance Française, France Éducation International, Stripe, etc.). We are not responsible for their content, updates, accuracy, or privacy practices.

9. TCF Calendar Notice (Very Important)

GoodFrenchTips may provide TCF session listings, TCF calendar summaries, or exam date overviews for convenience.

However:

  • TCF dates and sessions may change frequently
  • each Alliance Française or approved testing center manages its own schedule
  • updates may occur without notice

You must always verify TCF dates directly on the official website of the relevant Alliance Française or testing center before making any decision, registration, payment, or travel arrangement.

GoodFrenchTips cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of TCF calendar information and cannot be held responsible for:

  • outdated information
  • missing sessions
  • cancelled or rescheduled exam dates
  • booking errors
  • financial losses or missed exam deadlines

All TCF calendar information is provided for informational purposes only and without warranty of any kind.
