GoodFrenchTips was founded by Violaine de Landes, a Paris-born French teacher living in California since 2016. Violaine teaches at the Alliance Française de Los Angeles and holds a Master’s degree from La Sorbonne. She created GoodFrenchTips to extend her classroom online—and to help students stay engaged and confident between lessons.

Today, the platform is developed by a small team of passionate teachers and cultural contributors, united around one idea:
